WHAT HAPPENED?
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues are willing to sell the Belgian forward for a transfer fee of £38m (€44m) in the upcoming window. The player’s exit clause was decided between the Premier League giants and his representative last summer.

Teams from across the world, including his current club AS Roma – where he is on a year-long loan – can trigger the clause to sign him permanently ahead of the 2024/25 season. He has reportedly drawn interest from several Saudi Pro League sides.
