Stadion Wankdorf will host Wednesday’s Champions League clash between Young Boys and Inter. The Yellow-Blacks defeated Luzern 2-1 at the weekend to put an end to their three-game losing run in all competitions, but they are still seen as big underdogs in the Champions League showdown against the Italian champions. All Conte, Janko, and Pfeiffer are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team. 

The Nerazzurri, on the other hand, are on a four-game winning run in all competitions and they must be high on confidence following a hard-fought 1-0 win over AS Roma. As Inter are a more experienced side than Young Boys, we predict that Simone Inzaghi’s men are going to prove their worth on the field. Hakan Calhanoglu and Francesco Acerbi are unlikely to be risked after the duo limped off with injuries at the weekend, while Stefan de Vrij and Davide Frattesi should be recalled to the starting XI. Piotr Zielinski is yet another absentee in the away team.
